Privacy Notice

This community meetup page is designed to collect as little personal information as possible.

What data is collected?

When a meetup is submitted, we collect the organizer's name together with the information needed to publish and manage the meetup: the meetup name, date, time, location and optional description.

Why is the organizer name shown?

The organizer name is displayed publicly so visitors can see who is organizing the meetup and identify the person responsible for it.

What we do not collect

We do not require attendee registration and do not collect attendee names, email addresses, Discord names or other attendee personal information. The public pages do not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, fingerprinting or third-party tracking services.

How long is information retained?

Meetup information is publicly displayed only while the meetup is upcoming or taking place. After the meetup date has passed, it is automatically archived and removed from the public pages.

Archived meetup information is retained only for administrative purposes and is permanently deleted within 14 days after RuneFest has ended.
